Invisible Partners takes the gold in the HRD ANZ Service Provider Awards 2023!

In a year filled with challenges, uncertainties, and transformative shifts in the job market, we are thrilled to announce that we've been honored with the prestigious "Best Recruitment Firm 2023" award by HRD. This recognition is not just a testament to the stand out work of our Talent Partners, but we see it also as a symbol of our commitment to shaping the future of what it means to be a ‘recruitment firm’.

Interestingly at iP, we don't actually see ourselves as a recruitment firm as such; rather a little bit business partner, a little bit RPO, advisors in the world of talent acquisition. The fact that we were able to compete and clinch the gold against some of the most renowned recruitment firms is a huge sign to us that we’re on the right track.

Over the past few years, the recruitment industry has undergone unprecedented changes. Technological advancements, shifts in workforce dynamics, and a rapidly changing job market have forced firms to reimagine their strategies and business models. iP believe that armed with the right strategy every business has the opportunity to thrive, no matter what comes next.

This achievement would not have been possible without the dedication, expertise and general awesome-ness of our talented team of partners. Our carefully curated team help us stay agile, adaptive, and successful in the ever-changing recruitment landscape. They are the real driving force behind our continued growth.

We thank our incredible team for their hard work and dedication and look forward to what lies ahead in the dynamic world of recruitment in 2024. Together, we will continue to redefine excellence in talent acquisition.

Cheers, legends!
